SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – Independent full-service media agency Bench Media has announced a significant expansion of its leadership team and talent roster, following a strong first half of 2025 marked by several major client wins.
The agency has elevated two key team members to senior leadership positions and welcomed three new hires across its client services and performance divisions, reinforcing its commitment to delivering integrated and results driven media solutions.
Nate Vella has been promoted to Head of Strategy, stepping up from his previous role as Brand Strategy Lead. Vella brings a rich blend of commercial acumen, creative intelligence, and audience insight to the expanded role. He will now spearhead strategic planning efforts across the agency and shape Bench’s broader go to market initiatives. His leadership has been instrumental in simplifying complexity for brands and driving impactful outcomes.

Meanwhile, Erin Fraser has been appointed Head of Client Services. A long standing team member, Fraser previously held the position of Group Head of Media Strategy, where she played a pivotal role in cultivating a high performing team culture and delivering measurable value to clients. In her new role, she will oversee all client partnerships and campaign delivery, ensuring service excellence across Bench Media’s growing portfolio.
In tandem with these promotions, the agency has made three strategic hires across its client services and performance teams. The additions are part of Bench Media’s broader efforts to scale its capabilities in response to increasing client demand. The new team members bring a wealth of experience from agency, brand, and adtech environments, enhancing Bench’s ability to provide integrated, omnichannel media strategies spanning digital, programmatic, search, traditional and retail platforms.
These appointments follow recent new business acquisitions, including Sydney Airport and Australian Catholic University (ACU), which signal growing market confidence in Bench Media’s independent, outcomes focused approach.
Bench Media CEO Ori Gold said the momentum reflects the strength of the agency’s independent model and its focus on flexibility, transparency and results.
Ori said: “We’re growing because we’re staying true to what clients need right now – an agency partner who understands the big picture, moves quickly, and delivers outcomes they can see.
“Nate and Erin’s promotions are recognition of the value they’ve created for our clients and for the agency and we’re excited to keep building our agency offering with them together with our newly expanded team.”
As the agency continues to expand and gain momentum, more announcements are expected in the second half of the year, including new product offerings and a deeper focus on the integration of creative and media strategy.
All promotions and new hires are effective immediately.
