NEW DELHI, INDIA — DDB Tribal, the full-service, through-the-funnel agency under the DDB Mudra Group, has announced the appointment of seasoned creative leader Anusheela Saha as its new Creative Head.
Anusheela, who most recently served as National Creative Director at FCB India, brings with her more than two decades of experience across leading agencies and global brands. At FCB, she played a pivotal role in shaping creative strategies, mentoring teams, and producing work that combined emotional resonance with cultural impact. Notably, she joined FCB as a new mother in a leadership position, marking an important milestone in an industry where such transitions remain rare.
Her portfolio includes award-winning campaigns such as UnBox Me, which sparked dialogue around gender identity in children, exemplifying her ability to merge creativity with social relevance. Over the course of her career, she has worked with marquee brands such as Unilever, KFC, Mahindra Automobiles, Uber, Google, Samsung, UN AIDS, and the Times of India. Her work has earned recognition at some of the world’s most prestigious platforms, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clio Awards, Spikes Asia, and Kyoorius.

In her new role, Anusheela will report directly to Rahul Mathew, Chief Creative Officer of the DDB Mudra Group, succeeding Iraj Fraz, who transitions into a new role within the organization.
Speaking on the new appointment, Rahul Mathew said, “Over the last few years, we’ve seen DDB Tribal grow stronger and confident as an agency. And Anusheela will help take this growth into its next phase. She shares a lot of the same values that we hold dear, especially when it comes to big ideas and craft. And with the exciting brands that we have in the agency, I look forward to working with her to create work that’s just as exciting.”
Anusheela added, “I am very excited to be a part of DDB Tribal. For me DDB is the perfect alignment of culture, creative vision, and leadership. I look forward to helping Rahul take this incredible legacy forward and also building a successful partnership with Ashutosh and the entire team at DDB Tribal.”
