SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – Following a sustained run of new business wins, award-winning digital product and UX design studio Frank Digital has expanded its team and made a series of promotions after securing nine new clients including Fishbowl and Tourism Queensland.
The momentum has seen Jaywing agency, Frank Digital, make eight new hires and promote four of its existing team across its Sydney and Menlbourne offices. Frank Digital is a leading digital experience studio renowned for building high-performing websites, apps and platforms.
The new business growth spans a broad range of sectors and includes delivering a new careers website for Fishbowl and new digital platforms for workforce management platform Rosterfy; finance automation company Traild; embedded insurance platform FreightInsure; education HR tech platform ClassCover; and SMS Healthcare. Across UX and UI, Frank Digital has been appointed by Tourism Queensland; MedHealth and insurance company HDI Global.
To support the expanding client roster Frank Digital has welcomed eight new team members. The hires include Tom Upton who previously worked at KPMG and Rest and Angus Stevenson who are UX/UI designers; digital program manager Sagar Acharya who joins from Datacom; senior developer Thien Nguyen, who comes from Cognizant; front-end developer Emily Leung (formerly Architectus); digital project co-ordinator Prachi Sharma (formerly Funraisin), project manager Nadine Mueller and junior CRO specialist Lily Quach.
Alongside the influx of new talent, the agency has also elevated several team members with internal promotions. Jake Gaw, who has been with Jaywing for more than four years moves from head of CRO to head of strategy and experimentation at Frank Digital. Aled Rayner, who has also been with Jaywing for four years becomes lead UX/UI designer from his former role as senior UX/UI designer. Other promotions include Sam Kelham who is now lead developer from his previous role as senior frontend developer and Ava McNab as senior project manager.

Frank Digital alongside its sister lead agency, Jaywing, was acquired by brand management, media and marketing agency, Merchantwise Group last year. Merchantwise’s existing agencies, performance agency RQ Media and creative marketing agency Three Scoops, have been integrated into Jaywing uniting complementary expertise across media, performance, and creative.
