Havas Media Network Singapore elevates leadership with two strategic appointments

SINGAPORE — Havas Media Network Singapore has announced two significant leadership appointments that reinforce its ambition to strengthen market leadership in Singapore, deepen client partnerships, and accelerate digital transformation across Southeast Asia.

Jean Lee has joined as Managing Director of Havas Media Singapore, while Zoheb Gafoor has been appointed General Manager – Digital, Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on Singapore and an expanded remit across the region.

Both leaders will report to Pankaj Nayak, CEO of Havas Media Network Singapore and President, Southeast Asia (Havas Media).

Speaking about the appointments, Pankaj Nayak said, “Jean’s leadership, strategic acumen, and relationship-first approach make her an outstanding addition to our leadership team. Strengthening market leadership in Singapore, Jean Lee will oversee the strategic and operational direction of Havas Media Singapore. With over two decades of experience at dentsu X, Carat, and OMD, she has led diverse, integrated teams and built trusted client relationships across brands such as IKEA, StarHub, Standard Chartered, Resorts World Sentosa, Uniqlo, and Asia Pacific Breweries. At Havas Media Singapore, she will drive agency excellence, enhance client delivery, and shape high-performing, collaborative teams while working closely with leaders across Havas Play, CSA, and Havas Market to build more connected solutions under the Converged.AI vision.

With more than 14 years of experience across performance, data, and operations in APAC, Zoheb will lead the network’s digital transformation mandate in Southeast Asia. He will enhance capabilities in automation, performance excellence, and technology partnerships, creating scalable and future-ready digital solutions across markets. His regional experience at Hearts & Science APAC brings a strong strategic lens to advancing the network’s Converged.AI vision and delivering intelligent, outcome-driven media solutions for clients.
