Searcy brings over 15 years of global experience in advertising, design, and brand innovation. Prior to joining, Searcy founded Killjoy Design and led multiple projects spanning across UX/UI, eCommerce, branding, and retail design, collaborating with leading brands to deliver award winning campaigns. Barathi brings a wealth of experience in the digital space as a seasoned technologist with over 20 years of extensive experience in delivery management and digital transformation. Coming from Accenture, Barathi’s proven track record of delivering large-scale, mission-critical projects, reinforces Vertis’ capabilities to remain versatile and adaptive to the evolving challenges faced by businesses today. “In today’s fast-paced digital-first landscape, businesses must stay agile to keep up with consumer demands. Marking a milestone year, Vertis expanded its Southeast Asian footprint in 2024 with a new development office in Bangkok. With a projected workforce of over 100 employees by 2025, the company is scaling its presence across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh, India, and Australia.
