2015 Tambuli Awards calls for entries

MANILA – The University of Asia & the Pacific has called for entries to the 9th Asia-Pacific Tambuli Awards, which recognizes brands that are not only effective, but promote social good.

Launched in 2005, the Asia-Pacific Tambuli Awards is the only global award that celebrates integrated marketing communications effectiveness and the promotion of societal values in one award. It is the ability to create and deliver messages focused on results, while building long-lasting value for all (the organization, the consumers, the society) that makes a Tambuli winner. 
 
Last year’s awards saw the Grand Prix being awarded to three campaigns: McCann Melbourne’s ‘Dumb Ways to Die’ for Metro Trains, Lowe Lintas and Partners’ ‘Help a Child Reach 5’ for Unilever India, and DM9JaymeSyfu’s ‘Smart TXTBKS’ for Smart Communications. 

The award is open for entries in the following categories: Advocacy, Branded Content & Entertainment, Digital, Established Brand,Family-oriented Brand, Fashion Brand, Insights & Strategic Thinking, Mobile, Outdoor, Print, PR, Promos & Activation, Radio, Regional Brand Development, Teens Brand, and TV, as well as Creative Effectiveness, Design, and Innovation.
 
The top awards to be given are as follows:
 
– Carmencita Esteban Platinum Award
– Effectiveness Creative Agency of the Year
– Effectiveness Media Agency of the Year
– Effectiveness PR Agency of the Year
– Effectiveness Advertiser of the Year
– Network of the Year
– Tambuli CMO of the Year
 
The deadline of entries for the Asia-Pacific Tambuli Awards 2015 is on March 25, with the awards night happening on June 9.
