The campaign kicked off in style with a fashion challenge on TikTok, ushering in a stylish transition from traditional Filipiniana to modern Filipiniana aesthetics. The challenge is spearheaded by one of the esteemed faces of #TikTokFashion, Lenie Aycardo, inviting viewers to explore outfits and style inspiration on TikTok.

The TikTok Awards Philippines 2023, scheduled for the end of September, promises not only to honor remarkable creators but also to showcase their exceptional fashion sense on the red carpet. On a global scale, top-tier fashion creators, including Camille Co and Laureen Uy, came together at the TikTok Global Fashion Mixer in New York City on September 10. This gathering fostered cross-cultural connections and inspired collaboration on a worldwide canvas, reflecting the diverse and vibrant essence of the global fashion community.

In collaboration with SoFA Design Institute, TikTok also presented the TikTok Fashion Masterclass on September 15, 16, and 22. TikTok will also be the media partner for BYS Fashion Week, an occasion that spotlights the skills of local designers. Happening from October 05 to 07, this collaborative effort serves as a testament to TikTok’s dedicated support and amplification of local fashion talent on a major stage. Furthermore, the collaboration showcases TikTok creators participating as attendees and runway models.

In an even grander setting, TikTok-discovered Filipino creators will command attention at the Bangkok International Fashion Week from October 05 to 08. This prestigious event offers an international platform for local talents to shine, underscoring TikTok’s commitment to propelling homegrown talent onto the global stage and harmonizing the dynamic energy of TikTok’s fashion community with the broader realm of international fashion.
