As a tempting appetizer to Awards Night, the Tambuli Awards 2009 Conference happens on Thursday, July 9, from 1:30 to 6:30PM at the Dizon Auditorium of the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P). Early Bird registrants get 10% discount before June 15. Five or more registrants also get a group discount of 10% off.
The seminar features selected members of the Tambuli jury of local and regional agency heads. Jury member John Zeigler-President and CEO, DDB Asia Pacific and Japan, will deliver his thoughts on "Business Results and Creativity: Building a Culture of Effectiveness," while our own Herminio Ordoñez-Chairman Emeritus, Publicis Manila will speak on "Values in Ads as Ad’d Value." A CEO Panel discussion on Rethinking the Future of the Advertising Business will be moderated by Ramon Jimenez-Immediate Past Chairman, Publicis Jimenez-Basic. Panel includes: Emily Abrera-Chairman, McCann Worldgroup Asia Pacific; Gerardo Ablaza-Immediate Past Chairman, Globe Telecom; Hiroshi Harada-Chief Operating Officer, Dentsu Asia/Senior Executive Vice-president, Dentsu Singapore; Noel Lorenzana-President, Southeast Asia Food, Inc.; and Calvin Soh-Vice Chairman, Publicis Singapore/Chief Creative Officer, Publicis Asia Pacific.
