SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA – Southpole Ltd., a next generation venture platform operating at the convergence of artificial intelligence, commerce, and the carbon economy, has announced a strategic pre-seed investment in US-based generative AI company Flux AI, Inc. The deal, which values Flux AI at USD 10 million, includes the appointment of Julie Jihyun Kang, Founder and CEO of Southpole, to the Flux AI Board of Directors and her concurrent appointment as CEO of the newly established Flux AI Asia.
