The Cultural Center of the Philippines celebrated the 15th anniversary of Pasinaya themed as “Karapatan, Kalayaan at Kultura” last February 1-3, 2019.
The country’s largest multi-arts festival offered a three-day experience on various art forms and genres. For a minimum donation of P50, participants availed themselves of the “See-All-You-Can, Workshop-All-You-Can and Experience-All-You-Can” schemes. There were more than seventy 30-minute workshops on different art disciplines on the first day of the Pasinaya 2019 Open House Festival.
