BBDO/Proximity Singapore boosts digital offering with Publicis Modem NY’s Joel Kuntz

SINGAPORE, MAY 31, 2011 – BBDO/Proximity Singapore has appointed Joel Kuntz to the role of Digital Creative Director. Kuntz, currently Associate Creative Director at Publicis Modem NY, will be responsible for pushing the digital boundaries for BBDO/Proximity’s impressive portfolio of brands and will be driving the agency philosophy of The Work. The Work. The Work. across social media, online advertising, mobile and beyond.
 
Kuntz has worked for agencies such as Publicis, JWT, Tribal DDB and Goodby Silverstein & Partners. His work has been recognized in many award shows including One Show, Graphis, Addy’s, Effie’s, Flash Forward, Webby’s, W3, FWA Digital and FWA Mobile. Clients he has worked on over the years include Citi, Coca-Cola, hp, HSBC Bank, Marines, MGM Grand, Mountain Dew, Norwegian Cruise Line and Pepsi. 
 
“I’m excited to do award winning, 360 degree communications for clients like Mercedes, Pepsi and Guinness to name a few,” said Kuntz. “Creative that creates a conversation between the brand and the consumer. Creative that people will care about, pay attention to and want to play with. This should be a lot of fun. Kuntz is also the founder of LoMo Media, a location-based, motion media company breaking new ground in geo-targeted, out of home display advertising. He is also a recognized photographer shooting his own images for clients and for fun.
