The 1st Philippine Conference on Research in CSR on September 1

THE PHILIPPINES, AUGUST 2011 – The first Philippine Conference on Research in CSR  (Corporate Social Responsibility) aims to gather corporations and non-government organizations on September 1. The conference will be held at the Thomas Aquinas Research Center Auditorium at the University of Sto. Tomas Graduate School, España, Manila from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Find ways of assessing your CSR activities from the experiences of experts from the corporate and NGO world. Key speaker Dr. Wayne Visser, author and founder of the think-tank CSR International, will present a two-part CSR talk on the latest innovations in CSR highlighted in his latest book, The Age of Responsibility: CSR 2.0 and the New DNA of Business.

The First Philippine Conference on Research in Corporate Social Responsibility also  include the following speakers: JJ Moreno (Country Manager for the Philippine and Practice Leader, Corporate Governance, Palladium Group, Inc.), Dr. Benito Teehankee (Chairman of the Management and Organization Department College of Business, De La Salle University; Vice Chair, CSR Committee Management Association of the Philippines), Lydia P.
