Fred & Farid dares to be lucky in first Martini campaign

GLOBAL – DECEMBER 1, 2011: The first Martini campaign by Fred & Farid Group, “Luck Is An Attitude”, takes the new brand signature to the next phase, following the selection of its star through the Facebook talent search. “Kisser Casting” allowed the brand to reach more than 800,000 fans on its Facebook page. Yuri Buzzi from Italy was selected from over 4000 applicants after a tough selection process.
 
Fred & Farid and director Peter Thwaites (Gorgeous, London) first collaborated for Orange in 2006.  Thwaites directs the split screen film set to an adaptation of the Andrews Sisters’ classic tune “Oh Johnny, Oh Johnny Oh”.
 

 
Peter Thwaites says, “The Martini advertisements have always been iconic so we knew we had to create something that would be celebrated but also that was relevant for a new generation.”
 
The film debuted this week in Italy, Russia, Belgium and Spain.
