MANILA, PHILIPPINES – DO. ASIA is thrilled to announce the appointment of Noelle Segundo as the new General Manager of DO. Philippines, replacing Sandra Hsu, who is departing the agency after expertly shepherding the transition from Ambient Digital to DO. ASIA following the DO acquisition in 2023.
Noelle is a dynamic leader with a distinguished background in agency strategy and client partnerships;
she is poised to advance DO. Philippines’ mission in elevating strategic and creative impact.

This announcement comes following the recent appointment of Simon Lockyer as DO. ASIA Managing
Director and a number of recent regional wins including Lazada, Vinfast, and Glad.
