Always Shanghai appoints Barry Leung as Managing Director

ASIA-PACIFIC – SHANGHAI, CHINA, MAY 2011 — Barry Leung has been appointed Managing Director, Always (Shanghai) Marketing Services Co. Ltd., JWT China’s field marketing discipline.
 
Leung brings with him over 25 years of above the line and below the line experience in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Before joining Always, he was the Greater China Regional Director of Bates141 and previously, President of OgilvyAction in China.
 
Among his accomplishments is his brand building expertise behind the success of clients, Buick (SGM), Nokia and 555 in China.
 
"Barry brings a wealth of proven experience in retail strategy," said Tom Doctoroff, JWT Greater China CEO and Asia Area Director stated. "He is also a consummate advertising professional and his leadership will reinforce an already robust collaboration between JWT and Always to ensure big creative ideas find their way to the end of aisles in supermarkets throughout China."
 
Leung possesses a passion for retail activation. As Managing Director of Always, Leung will work closely with Cai Hua, CEO of Always to develop new expertise, new service offerings and new business for Always.
