The Advertising Suppliers Association of the Philippines (ASAP) has elected its new Board for 2009. The Board is composed of sector heads, who represent the different categories of suppliers within the umbrella trade group.
The new Board members are Directors-at-Large Raul Blay, Rick Hawthorne & Egay Navalta; and the Sector Heads: Francis Abraham (advertising photography), Gerry David (audio visual), Jun Pedraya (color separators), Cergen Go (graphic design & special promotions) Vic Icasas (jingle writers, producers and arrangers), Jessie Lazaten (audio recording), Mark Querubin (commercial production houses), Adrian Tecson (post-production), Allen Velez (events management), Nicolette Mallari (creative services), Philip Santos (technical services), and Bulit Ballesca (model & talent agencies).
The election was held during ASAP’s Pearl Anniversary at the Palacio de Maynila, and supervised by a Comelec composed of ASAP founders Emmy Castañeda and Ike Saburit, and three-time past president Linda Gamboa.
