DM9JaymeSyfu’s ‘Smart TXTBKS’ bags three Golds at Digital Asia Festival Awards 2013

MANILA – November 18, 2013 – The Philippines received four awards at the 2013 Digital Asia Festival Awards, led by DM9JaymeSyfu with three Golds for its ‘Smart TXTBKS’ campaign for Smart Communications. 

 
The campaign won under the following categories: Mobile, Digital Media Innovation, and Charities, Public Health & Safety & Public Awareness Messages.
 
McCann Worldgroup – MRM Manila won a Bronze for Coca-Cola President for Happiness for Coca-Cola Philippines. In 2012, McCann Philippines received the Platinum award for their ‘Coke OFW’ campaign for the Coca-Cola Export Company.
 

 
 
Meanwhile, OgilvyOne Worldwide made it to The Shortlist for Clear Dream Match for Unilever Philippines, under Pharmaceuticals, Beauty Products, Cosmetics & Toiletries.
 
Led by jury president Jason Kuperman, Vice President of Omnicom Digital for Asia Pacific, India, Middle East & Africa, the jury awarded a total of 47 winners from a shortlisted 80 pieces of work with one platinum, 13 gold, 14 silver and 19 bronze awards across 26 categories.
 
Speaking about the entries and the standard of work, Kuperman said, “The work that won the platinum and even the gold winners were campaigns that represented digital at their heart and were able to solve a problem in a way that traditional communication cannot. The strongest work had really good craft, design, a good level of creativity and was able to solve a problem and deliver real value”.
