ADFEST has revealed the identities of this year’s Fabulous Four, who have been selected from 53 entries to create four short films, which will premiere at ADFEST on 19-21 March 2009. The four Fabulous Four New Directors are:
Brian Lucknasuwan, Big Blue Production, Bangkok, ‘I’m Made in Asia’
Nitiz Wongthed, The Bandits, Bangkok, ‘The Right Hand’
Sam Bryant, Luscious International, Sydney, ‘GPS’
Yuji Shiota, HAT Inc, Tokyo, ‘Sara & Sandy’
All four were recognized for entertaining, engaging scripts based on the theme, ‘MADE IN ASIA’. In addition to being screened for Asia’s top creatives, the four winners’ films will be entered in the Young Directors Award in Europe, one of the most prestigious events for launching upcoming directors in the world.
