The 2011 UA&P Tambuli Awards for IMC effectiveness to be presented on June 9

PHILIPPINES, MAY 31, 2011 – On its fifth year, the UA&P Tambuli Awards for integrated marketing communications effectiveness expands its reach with over a hundred entries submitted for consideration. Entries from the region, including submission from India, Malaysia and Vietnam are among those in the running for the 11 categories. 
 
The new categories for 2011 are Best PR-Initiated Campaign, Best Advocacy Campaign and UA&P Tambuli Awards CMO of the Year. The awards are judged by 43 local and regional judges based on four criteria, given equal weight: the ability to meet or surpass desired marketing objectives, the ability to achieve or surpass marketing communications objectives, the presence of societal values, and the execution of values.
 
The Awards Night will be held on June 9, 6:30pm at the Li Seng Giap Auditorium of the University of Asia & the Pacific in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Requested attire is business formal.
