This new store brings Fully Booked’s wide selection of great reads to the Ilocos region for the very first time. The Laoag store also becomes the bookstore chain’s seventh provincial location in Luzon, joining stores in Baguio, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Laguna, and Pampanga.
