O&M and Xing Wei College bring American-style education to Shanghai

ASIA-PACIFIC – SHANGHAI, CHINA, SEPTEMBER 2011: Xing Wei College, one of the earliest privately owned and operated colleges in Shanghai, is being transformed into an American style liberal arts residential college. It has appointed Ogilvy Shanghai as its 360 Degree retainer communications agency and strategic partner.

Offering a unique value proposition in China, Xing Wei College in Shanghai is approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education to provide Chinese and international students with a progressive learning experience based on American curriculum before transferring them to highly rated American universities.

To build awareness and understanding of the Xing Wei College brand, OgilvyOne and Ogilvy PR will develop a synergized communications and marketing campaign that encompasses digital marketing, print advertising and on- and offline promotions such as planning an open house day. Ogilvy will also design Xing Wei College’s official website.
