FT relaunches How To Spend It website

GLOBAL, SEPTEMBER 24, 2012 – The Financial Times has unveiled a new look to the website of its luxury lifestyle magazine How To Spend It (howtospendit.com).  The revamped version allows readers to search content of nearly 100 issues of the magazine, and will feature more daily postings, including news, blogs, columns and interviews.

 
Editor Gillan de Bono says the How To Spend It website has already gotten “great feedback in reader research”. She says, “Together with the How To Spend It iPad app, which has had more than 140,000 downloads, our digital offering combines the glamour and sophistication of the magazine with equally high-quality daily content and a constant sense of discovery and serendipity.”
 
FT has rolled out a global marketing campaign across titles such as Vanity Fair, Newsweek, GQ, Tatler, Monocle, CNN and Harper’s Bazaar.
 
Ben Hughes, FT global commercial director/deputy CEO, said they are thrilled to welcome a range of new advertisers to the site, including luxury brands like Patek Philippe, Piaget, Tod’s, Bottega Veneta, Bell & Ross and Hackett.
