DDB Philippines’ Monami campaign
The finalists announced earlier were DDB Philippines’ “Vase, Plate, Bowl” campaign for Monami Ball Point Pens, Joey Ong’s first awards show outing as ECD since joining the agency early this year, cited in the Design category. Two Radio ads made the cut: Ace Saatchi & Saatchi’s “Text ECG” for Toyota, produced by LoudBox and written by the team of Andrew Petch, Paolo Agulto, Bia Fernandez and Tony Sarmiento, and Campaigns & Grey’s “Louis” for Dulcolax by Ompong Remigio and composed by Juan Miguel Salvador.

BBDO Guerrero’s Saridon campaign
BBDO Guerrero/Proximity Philippines earned nods in three categories for work led by creative directors Rey Tiempo and Gary Amante for Bayer’s analgesic brand Saridon. The “Butcher, Carpenter, Laundry" campaign was shortlisted in Print and Billboard, while the “Hammer” TVC, and directed by Joel Limchoc of Revolver, was a finalist in TV/Cinema/Online Film.
The jury lineup this year included Crispin Porter + Bogusky CEO and partner Andrew Keller, Integrated/TV/Cinema/Online Film jury president; Del Campo Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi CEO Pablo Del Campo, who chaired the Non Traditional, Print, Poster and Billboard juries; and in the same jury, DDB UK ECD Jeremy Craigen.
