PHILIPPINES – JULY 22, 2011 – Lowe Philippines came away with big wins in the pitch for real estate developer Filinvest’s four projects last June.
The Filinvest pitch was divided into two parts. Up for grabs in the first pitch were the mid-rise and hi-rise properties of Filinvest. Lowe Philippines registered a clean sweep of this portion, winning both assignments over Bates 141 and Y&R.
In the second part, Filinvest pitched out its Timberland and Filinvest Corporate City projects. Lowe Philippines bagged the Timberland account. Filinvest Corporate City went to Y&R. Other agencies involved in the second pitch were McCann and Bates 141.
