Michael Zhang returns to Ogilvy as Neo@Ogilvy China CEO

MANILA – Michael Zhang, the former Chief Strategy Officer of GroupM, return to Ogilvy & Mather China as CEO of Neo@Ogilvy China, the agency’s digital media and performance marketing business.

In his new role, Zhang will oversee Neo@Ogilvy China business across Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou.

He left GroupM in 2015 for a sabbatical. Zhang’s previous roles also include being the President of Mediacom China and Director of Business Development for Maxus. He started as a planner back in 1995 with Ogilvy.
