Marc Ducnuigen, president of international for The Integer Group, said, “Mike offers a unique blend of East and West with experience gained in both the U.S. and China. He has a deep understanding of the science of shopper marketing with on-the-ground implementation experience. With Eric moving on, Mike was the obvious choice to take over the operation. As The Integer Group expands in China, Mike will lead our business forward, and help our clients maximize the opportunities available in this key market.”

Ian Thubron, President of TBWA\Greater China commented, “We owe Eric a huge debt for his seven years at TBWA\ and four years leading The Integer Group in China. Part of Eric’s job description was grooming Mike to take over, which he did very well. The favourable reaction of our clients and people to Mike’s promotion speaks volumes for his talent and ability. In Mike, we have a managing director who will build on strong foundations and help us take Integer to the next level – that of being the pre-eminent shopper marketing company in China.”

Chou added, “Integer runs in my veins and the opportunity to lead the company in this critical growth market is a great honour. As we build on the foundations of the last four years, we will continually look to develop best-in-class solutions for our clients and the brands we represent. The other critical factor is our people, in whom we invest so much.”
