Publicis Groupe China bags 3 HR Asia Awards trophies with DEI and digital recognitions

SHANGHAI, CHINA — Publicis Groupe China is recognized as HR Asia‘s Best Companies to Work for in Asia, as well as accolades for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Digital Transformation. These recognitions further endorse the unwavering dedication of Publicis Groupe China to ensuring employee satisfaction and well-being. By cultivating an inclusive and supportive work environment, Publicis Groupe China nurtures the professional growth and personal development of its employees. 

The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Award is a recognition of Publicis Groupe China as one of Asia’s employers of choice and the best employers to work for. Through HR Asia’s independent survey of employees, it evaluated Publicis Groupe China on six dimensions: Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Recognition, Workplace DE&I, Workplace Wellness, and Digital Transformation. The  Groupe’s overall score was 4.49 out of 5 points which is higher than the market average of 3.85. In the area of employees’ Heart, Mind, and Soul, the Groupe achieved 4.52 points compared to the market average of 3.88. In addition, the Groupe scored 0.65 points higher than the market average at 4.69 in the areas of Think, Feel, and Do.  

Apart from being named the best place to work in Asia, Publicis Groupe China was honored with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award, for demonstrating exemplary efforts in embracing people irrespective of race, gender, and abilities within the organization. Publicis Groupe China is proud of its diverse talent pool and remains dedicated to ensuring that every employee feels a strong sense of belonging and is fully supported. The Groupe’s dedication to diversity is exemplified by its investment in developing women leaders, resulting in a notable 51% representation of women in top leadership positions within the organization.
