ASIA-PACIFIC – SINGAPORE, FEBRUARY 18, 2011 – BBDO/Proximity Singapore has appointed Elizabeth Pinfold as Head of CRM Strategy.
Jean-Paul Burge, BBDO/ Proximity President South East Asia and CEO Singapore, commented, “Liz brings a wealth of experience and talent to this role, but more importantly a very distinct perspective that will help build this very important discipline in our Singapore office.”
Pinfold led digital CRM strategy & insights for the UK and Europe at Orbitz Worldwide, London, working closely with HQ in Chicago. Her specialty is scoping & designing end-to-end CRM programs from scratch: from defining requirements, channels and strategy through to roll out and measurement as defined by the greater business objectives.
Elizabeth’s career began scraping a Z4 on her first day at BMW Group New Zealand. The scratch buffed out, but ingrained was a rock solid understanding of branding and a wealth of experience from running their events, launch and sponsorship portfolio. It earned her a cool head under pressure, a hands-on approach and the ability to troubleshoot issues fast – like how to crane a 6 Series through a window or evacuate a flash flood. At BMW she also started her foray into CRM, in particular leading the redesign of the award winning NZ edition BMW Magazine and launching BMW’s pilot email program.
Elizabeth progressed to working on data-driven CRM campaigns for Telecom, Vodafone & Warner Bros before taking that Kiwi ‘can-do’ attitude abroad to London and now Singapore.
