ASIA-PACIFIC – BEIJING, DECEMBER 14, 2010 – DDB China Group took home the Grand Prix at the 5th China 4A Golden Seal Creative Awards last Friday for its “Green Pedestrian Crossing” campaign for the China Environmental Protection Foundation.

The agency also received 10 other awards, including two golds, two silvers, six bronzes, and nine merits for campaigns done for a wide array of clients including the Pregnancy Care Association, McDonald’s, Volkswagen (China) Import Co., and Shanghai Volkswagen.
“This is yet another crowning achievement for DDB China Group and we are extremely proud to have received this honor,” said Dick van Motman, President and CEO of DDB China Group. “This has been an absolutely fantastic year for us and I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the support of our clients, without whom any of these successes would be possible.”
This is the second Grand Prix DDB China Group has won for its Green Pedestrian Crossing campaign in just two weeks. On December 2, the China Environmental Protection Foundation, in association with DDB China Group, was awarded the Grand Prix for the campaign at the UK Green Awards.
