Five metals for DDB China at the Advertising and Marketing Effectiveness Awards 2011

ASIA-PACIFIC – SHANGHAI, CHINA, JANUARY 25, 2011 – DDB China Group won a total of five awards, including one gold and two silvers, at the prestigious 2011 AME Awards. The AME Awards honor results-driven creativity and is known for awarding innovative and exceptional work in the marketing and advertising industries on a global scale.

DDB China Group’s award-winning Green Pedestrian Crossing campaign for the China Environmental Protection Foundation took home a gold in the Low Budget category, two silvers in the Outdoor/Transit and Public Relations categories, and a bronze in the Design category. The agency’s groundbreaking campaign for Lipton, “New Year, New Trend”, also won a bronze award in the Foods category. In addition, DDB China Group’s launch campaign for Shanghai Volkswagen’s Tiguan was listed as a finalist in the Automotive Products category.

In 2010, DDB China Group’s Green Pedestrian Crossing campaign won a Cannes Gold Lion and two Grand Prix awards from the UK Green Awards and China 4A Golden Seal Creative Awards.
