GLOBAL – OCTOBER 2011: The CLIO Healthcare Awards, the healthcare extension of The CLIO Awards, has released the shortlist for its third competition year.
A total of 141 finalists were named in 10 categories, dominated by Print with 49 finalists. Asian agencies picked up 18 positions in seven categories, with India in the lead, collecting seven finalists from four Mumbai agencies. McCann agencies in the regional lead the network tally with 11 places in the shortlist.

Point Blank Advertising is shortlisted twice in Out of Home for Ejalong “Scale” and Micardis “Horses”. So is DDB Health & Lifestyle with two poster singles: “Blueprint” for Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital – Centre For Bone & Joint and “Vacuum Cleaner” for Naturolax. Also walking away with two finalists in OOH is McCann Worldgroup Mumbai for its “Driving Dandruff Away” for Sebamed Anti-Dandruff Shampoo and the “Simple acts become a task” campaign for Dr. Ajayan’s Multispeciality Hospital. Leo Burnett Korea found two position in Collateral for the sales aid “‘Stick & Stay’ Magnetic Brochure” for Omnaris/ Nycomed Korea and the direct mail “Sleep Long” for Stilnox CR/ Sanofi-Aventis Korea.
