Havas elevates North American CX leadership with strategic acquisition of Enverta Digital

PARIS, FRANCE – Havas has announced the acquisition of Enverta Digital, a Toronto-based CRM and digital transformation firm. This milestone marks a significant stride in the expansion of Havas’ CX capabilities across North America and reinforces the Group’s Converged strategy – one that places customer experience at the heart of creativity, technology, and business growth.

Since its inception in 2021, Enverta Digital has rapidly emerged as a trusted partner to global brands seeking CRM strategy and marketing technology implementation. With a client engagement model rooted in collaboration and agility, the company has built a reputation for seamless integration with client marketing, business, and tech teams. Now joining the Havas fold, Enverta will operate under Havas CX Canada, further entrenching the regional arm as a Center of Excellence in customer experience. The integration of Enverta’s CRM specializations will bolster Havas CX Canada’s ability to deliver fully integrated, tech-enabled solutions, with a particular emphasis on bundled offerings for U.S.-based clients and scalable operations supported by Enverta’s offshore team.
