Solar Entertainment Corporation is retiring CS9 this Saturday and sets its new channel Solar TV, in its place on Sunday. Beginning 11 am, viewers can see the statiion and its programs on free-to-air TV channel 9 and channel 14 on major cable TV networks.
Unlike the niche CS9, Solar TV attempts to grab viewers with reality shows, talk shows, news magazines as well as popular TV series, sports and films from the US.
On its primetime lineup are 24 Season 8, Vampire Diaries, America’s Best Dance Crew, America’s Got Talent, The Jay Leno Show, Modern Family, both PBA and NBA. The Golden Ticket features recent blockbuster movies on Sundays.
Daytime Solar TV will catch the fireworks on Real Housewives of Orange County, Maury and Jerry Springer.
