Wunderman Shanghai boosts digital strategy with senior director

ASIA-PACIFIC – SINGAPORE, FEBRUARY 15, 2011 – Bryce Whitwam, General Manager of Wunderman Shanghai announces the appointment of Catherine Hornby as Senior Strategy Director. Fresh from setting up a social media division at Wunderman UK, Catherine Hornby has joined Wunderman Shanghai as Senior Strategy Director to offer digital strategic direction on a number of key accounts. 
 
Catherine Hornby spent the four years prior to her move to Asia, running the integrated, global communications team for Land Rover, as Business Director. Latterly she was instrumental in launching and leading Wunderman UK’s new social media initiative. 
 
With a career that began in television and spans both client and agency roles, Catherine Hornby has 11 years marketing experience across brands such as Nokia, Land Rover, Ford, Microsoft, Orient Express Hotels and Cruises, South West Trains and GE SeaCo.
