G2 Korea assumes global in-store management for LG Electronics

ASIA-PACIFIC –  SINGAPORE, FEBRUARY 23, 2011 –  G2 Korea, the brand activation arm of Grey Group Korea, has bagged the global in-store marketing mandate for LG Electronics’ Home Appliances group after a competitive three-way pitch.

Among the agency’s responsibilities are the revamp of LG Electronics’ Home Appliances in-store manual and guidelines for its field marketers, optimization of point-of-sale materials design, and the development of a store monitoring and reporting system accessible to the company’s top management team.

The contract awarded will cover a total of 16 countries, which are identified as LG Electronics’ strategic priority markets. Phase one of the campaign is expected to be rolled out in March this year in Thailand, Australia, France and the United States.
