BBDO crowned Network of the Year at Spikes 2012

ASIA-PACIFIC – SINGAPORE, SEPTEMBER 21, 2012 – BBDO was named Network of the Year as the Spikes Asia 2012 Advertising Festival drew to a close on Tuesday, owning a total of 46 awards, including the inaugural Spikes for Creative Effectiveness presented to ClemengerBBDO Melbourne for its ‘Break up’ work for National Australia Bank.
 
BBDO Worldwide president/CEO Andrew Robertson said it was terrific to see BBDO Guerrero, BBDO India and Colenso BBDO win numerous awards, and Indonesia and China with their first Spikes. He said, “We won for big campaigns for big clients; the real deal.  There were four awards for creative effectiveness and we won two of them, including the Grand Prix, and that works.”
 
BBDO Guerrero is taking home 6 Golds, 7 Silvers and 2 Bronzes, for its work with clients Pepsico, MyShelter Foundation and Bayer Philippines, and it also placed third in Agency of the Year.
