Awards: APAC Effie Awards names DKSH’s Nicole McMillan as 2022 Chairwoman

SINGAPORE — Effie Asia Pacific is delighted to announce that Nicole McMillan, Vice President FMCG Hong Kong and Group Marketing for DKSH, has been appointed as the 2022 Awards Chairwoman.

An internationally renowned marketing executive, Nicole has almost 2 decades of experience in driving the world’s most valuable brands in regional and global roles with a focus on consumer goods. A change agent and driver of growth strategies in complex and emerging markets with an innate dissatisfaction with the status quo in her DNA, Nicole is naturally drawn to transformation and progression in herself and those that she leads. Prior to joining DKSH in August 2020, she spent the previous 12 years in various senior roles in Mars, based in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

No stranger to the APAC Effies, Nicole was previously Head of Jury for the 2017 edition of the Awards. She is a sought-after and internationally renowned keynote speaker, jury chair, and finalist of the prestigious Telstra Business Woman of the Year Asia award. In June 2020, she was honoured in Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Power List 2020 as one of the 50 most influential and purposeful marketers. She is also a board member of The Marketing Society in Hong Kong and a member of the Australasian Advisory Board of the Ehrenburg Bass Institute for Marketing Science.
