PHILIPPINES, JUNE 29, 2011 – The third installment of the IMMAP (Internet & Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines) Going Digital webinar series will tackle Digital Marketing Careers. Speakers are Gary Abello and Carlo Ople, who will discuss different career options in digital marketing.
The webinar is for traditional marketers and advertisers who could benefit from digital marketing training and professionals interested in a digital marketing career. The initial list of questions to be posed to the speakers include compensation, demand, companies in need of digital marketers and the skills needed in these positions. Gary Abello is a Partner at ZMG Ward Howell Executive Search, a head hunting firm. Carlo Ople, currently the Head for Multimedia Marketing of TV 5, was Founder and Principal Consultant of Catalyst Interactive Marketing Inc. He has also worked at social network Friendster and for the number 1 online gaming publisher in the country, Level Up Games. Ople is also the co-program director of the Digital PR Certification Program of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP) and IMMAP.
