FCB New York leads the pack for The One Show 2024’s global finalists, with 246 shortlisted entries from APAC

NEW YORK, USA — The One Club for Creativity announced the global finalists for The One Show 2024, including 246 from APAC.

Leading the region is Dentsu Tokyo with 18 finalists, including eight for “My Japan Railway” on behalf of JR Group‘s Japan Railway 150th Anniversary campaign.

Leo Burnett India Mumbai has 12 One Show 2024 finalists, including four each for Lay’s India “Lay’s Smart Farm” and IKEA “Skip Ads That Save Time.”  Also with 12 is VML Australia Melbourne, all for “FitChix” on behalf of Honest Eggs Co.


The Monkeys Sydney has 10 finalists, with six for Sydney Opera House “Play It Safe.”  M&C Saatchi Melbourne has nine finalists, all for Minderoo Foundation “The Plastic Forecast.”

Tied with eight One Show 2024 finalists each are Ogilvy India Mumbai (six for Brooke Bond Taj Mahal Tea “Megh Santoor,” Ogilvy Singapore (five for The Coca-Cola Company, Coke Studio “Video Vinyl”), and TBWA\Hakuhodo Tokyo (five for Koushi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. “Shellmet”).

APAC finalists by country and region are Australia with 66, Japan with 42, Singapore with 29, India with 28, mainland China with 25, Thailand with 19, New Zealand and South Korea with eight each, Taiwan-China with six, Hong Kong-SAR with four, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Philippines with three each, and Kazakhstan with one.

This year’s esteemed global jury selected a total of 1,794 finalists from 50 countries and regions. The complete searchable list of finalists for The One Show 2024 is available here.

Globally, FCB New York leads the world with 50 finalists, including 45 for “Dreamcaster” on behalf of AB InBev, Michelob ULTRA. “Dreamcaster” is also the entry with the most finalist selections. 

All finalists will win Gold, Silver, or Bronze Pencils or Merits, to be announced on May 16 and celebrated at The One Show 2024 awards ceremony on May 17, 2024 at Cipriani Wall Street in New York during Creative Week.
