MANILA, PHILIPPINES – GMA Network has once again been recognized as the Philippines’ Most Trusted TV Network, securing its ninth consecutive Platinum Award at the 27th Reader’s Digest Trusted Brand Awards held recently. 

GMA Network’s Most Trusted TV Network award was received by its Senior Vice President for Corporate Strategic Planning and Business Development and Program Support Department and Concurrent Chief Risk Officer Regie C. Bautista

GMA Integrated News pillar and 24 Oras co-anchor Mel Tiangco was named Most Trusted TV Host for News and Current Affairs

Also honored during the event was veteran broadcast journalist and GMA Integrated News pillar Mel Tiangco, who was named Most Trusted TV Host for News and Current Affairs.

MEL, who co-anchors the Network’s flagship newscast 24 Oras, expressed her gratitude for the said recognition, “It took me 44 years to get to this.
