PAGEONE marked another milestone at the 22nd Philippine Quill Awards, winning Agency of the Year for the fifth consecutive year and bringing home a total of 39 trophies, including two of the competition’s top honors.
The agency received the Top Award in Division 1: Communication Management and the Top Award in Division 2: Communication Research, reflecting the breadth of PAGEONE’s work from strategic communication programs to research-driven reputation management.
Adding to the PAGEONE Group’s performance, Advocacy Partners Asia was named 1st Runner-Up for Company of the Year.

The Philippine Quill Awards, organized by the International Association of Business Communicators Philippines (IABC Philippines), recognizes excellence in strategic communication using standards aligned with IABC’s global framework.
For PAGEONE, the fifth consecutive Agency of the Year recognition is significant not simply because of the award itself, but because of what five straight wins represent: the ability to sustain a standard of work across different clients, challenges and communication environments.
“Winning Agency of the Year once is an achievement. Receiving it for five consecutive years places a different responsibility on us,” said Dr. Ron F. Jabal, APR, Chairman and CEO of PAGEONE Group. “It tells us that the standard cannot simply be reached. It has to be raised year after year.”
For Vonj Tingson, President and Chief Operating Officer of PAGEONE Group, the five-year run reflects an organization that has learned to make excellence repeatable.
“Five consecutive Agency of the Year wins are ultimately a reflection of consistency,” Tingson said. “You cannot sustain this kind of recognition through one great campaign or one exceptional year. It takes teams that show up with the same discipline, creativity and commitment every day, and clients who continue to trust us to do work that matters. The 39 trophies are something we celebrate, but what makes us proudest is the organization and culture behind them.”
Beyond communication outputs
PAGEONE’s 39-trophy haul reflects work across the group and its agencies, covering communication programs, advocacy, research and reputation management.
The two Top Awards are particularly significant for the group.
The Top Award in Communication Management recognizes the strategic management and execution of communication programs, while the Top Award in Communication Research reinforces PAGEONE’s growing emphasis on evidence, measurement and research as foundations of reputation strategy.
For PAGEONE, this represents a broader shift in how it views the role of communication.
The agency believes communications should increasingly be measured not simply by the volume of publicity generated or the visibility achieved, but by what it contributes to stakeholder trust, organizational credibility and reputation.
“We have always believed that communication should be accountable for more than visibility,” Jabal said. “The real question is whether our work changes understanding, strengthens stakeholder relationships, builds trust and ultimately contributes to the reputation of the organizations we serve.”
That philosophy also requires an organization capable of translating strategy into consistent execution.
“Strategy only becomes meaningful when an organization can execute it consistently,” Tingson said. “For us, that means building the systems, developing the people and creating the culture that allow good ideas to become measurable outcomes. Awards recognize the work, but the real achievement is building an organization capable of producing that standard of work repeatedly.”
A shared achievement
PAGEONE credited the 39-trophy performance to the collaboration among its people, clients and partners, emphasizing that award-winning communication is rarely the product of an agency working alone.
“Our clients allow us to work on complex problems, challenge conventional approaches and pursue ideas that can create meaningful outcomes,” Jabal said. “These awards belong as much to them and to our partners as they do to our teams.”
The recognition of Advocacy Partners Asia as 1st Runner-Up for Company of the Year further broadened the group’s showing at this year’s Philippine Quill Awards and demonstrated the quality of work being produced across the PAGEONE network.
For Tingson, the results are also recognition of the people behind the work.

“Every trophy has a team behind it: people who researched, challenged ideas, revised strategies, solved problems and stayed committed to delivering the best possible work for our clients,” Tingson said. “That is what we are celebrating. These 39 trophies belong to all of them.”
Despite the scale of this year’s haul, PAGEONE said the five-year Agency of the Year streak creates a greater challenge for the organization: what comes after winning repeatedly.
“Five years is worth celebrating, but it also raises the bar for what comes next,” Jabal said. “Our ambition is not to become the most awarded organization. It is to produce work worthy of recognition because it delivers something more important – results for our clients and lasting value for the stakeholders they serve.”
For PAGEONE, the 39 trophies, two Top Awards, Company of the Year runner-up recognition and fifth consecutive Agency of the Year title reinforce the principle that has become central to how the group approaches its work: Reputation is our License to Operate.
