Brand & Business: AFDigital has reached the summit – Elite partnership status with Salesforce

MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Philippines-based AFDigital announced that they have joined the highest tier of Salesforce’s elite partners.

“It took us 10 years to reach the Summit, the journey has been the sweetest reward! Reaching the Summit only reinforced to me as the Founder, that as a team we are just getting started, we have so much more to learn and so much more to give to our customers, partners and community!” said Pauline Pangan, founder of AFDigital.

AFDigital started in 2011 as a digital marketing agency, but the company quickly evolved into a full-service Salesforce implementation partner. The company has offices in Singapore and all over, servicing clients all over the Asia-Pacific region.

Acquiring “Summit” partnership status with Salesforce involved meeting the high standards set by the CRM platform, particularly the success of AFDigital’s go-live implementations. Partners are screened on four major criteria: Customer Success, Innovation, Growth, and Leadership in Equality and Sustainable Development. They also measure customer feedback from AFDigital’s clients to gauge overall satisfaction.

According to Bijal Solanki, Partner-Director for Salesforce APAC, the two companies had a strong relationship from the beginning. “I am a firm believer that people partner with people that they trust. From the moment that I met with AFDigital, I knew immediately that they were a partner that felt the same. Furthermore AFDigital operates with a customer-first mindset, where driving customer value and adoption of technology is front and center,” he told adobo magazine.

Solanki manages the Alliance and Channel relationships between Salesforce partners who support and contribute to the platform’s continued success in the non-profit and education sectors. He emphasized that the pandemic has only increased the need for digital competence.

“The pandemic has greatly accelerated the move by companies and governments to an all-digital world, where work happens wherever people are—whether they’re in the office, at home or somewhere in between. Products like Slack that support collaboration and productivity from anywhere will be the ones to bring customers and their workforces into the future.”

AFDigital aims to make change painless and productive for companies going through digital transformation as a Salesforce Multi-Cloud specialist. The services are geared towards ensuring that clients are able to redefine and optimize human experience—not just for customers, but also employees, partners, and stakeholders. When human experience becomes the central focus, companies are able to achieve not just top-line growth, but long-term bottom-line business growth unlocked through the power of technology.

To date they have partnered with nearly 1,000 companies all across the APAC region. The AFDigital team is even more fired up and sees the urgent, global need for digitization in a post-pandemic world. The company is also making huge leaps to continue leading and guiding their customers, and remain at the forefront of technology – Web 3.0.
