TNS appoints new Global Marketing Director

GLOBAL — LONDON, UK, FEBRUARY 2011 — TNS, the world’s largest custom research company, today announced the appointment of a new Global Marketing Director, Tim Isaac (not to be confused with Ogilvy & Mather Asia Pacific Chairman Tim Isaac). He will be based at the global head office in London.

Isaac joins TNS from Microsoft, where as Marketing Director EMEA for Microsoft Advertising he was responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategy for the company’s digital advertising business.

“Tim is a key hire for our corporate development team and will play a vital role in contributing to our future commercial growth,” said Matthew Froggatt, Chief Development Officer, TNS. He continued, “Tim brings a wealth of marketing experience drawn from a range of sectors and has a strong background of driving brand innovation within a B2B environment.”

Isaac started his career at British Airways, where he spent nine years working in a variety of senior marketing roles in the UK and other countries. After BA, Isaac joined the Strategy & Marketing Practice of PA Consulting Group, delivering marketing programmes for clients across a variety of sectors. Other roles have included Head of Brand Development for Capital One and responsibility for marketing the European online gaming business for Carmen Media.
