DesignWorks at BBDO now in PH

THE PHILIPPINES, APRIL 2, 2012: BBDO New York’s design studio unit DesignWorks launches in the Philippines which will concentrate on design projects such as retail concepts, fashion items, logo developments, or fully-fledged brand guidelines. 
One of its projects was to help BBDO Guerrero create the Department of Tourism’s banig (mat) logo design, which garnered popularity amongst partners and stakeholders.
Tony Harris, chief executive officer of BBDO Guerrero said: "We have such an array of exceptional talent here that we wanted to be able to work on all potential aspects of design. Often, design can be the launch-pad for a brand and it allows us to get involved with clients much earlier in their development process. On other occasions, it is a means of amplifying an existing brand’s success. So, whether the ambition is for t-Shirts or exhibition stands, Designworks will allow us to expand our offering to clients and engage in ever more meaningful conversations with them," said Harris.
