AdSpark has formally partnered with Netopia AI, developer of behavioral intelligence platform Predikta, bringing behavioral intelligence grounded in Filipino audience data and context into its client work.
The commercial partnership follows an earlier period of exploration through Velocity, 917Ventures’ program, where the two companies worked with the technology in real marketing situations.
The question now is less about adding another technology to AdSpark’s portfolio and more about where behavioral intelligence fits into the work.
“We already bring together data, media, technology, and creatives,” said AdSpark CEO Manny Fernando.

“Behavioral intelligence gives our teams another lens—not just to understand what audiences have done, but to explore potential responses and consider what those insights could mean for the work,” he added.
That perspective can complement AdSpark’s existing use of first-party data, audience intelligence, analytics, media technology, and creative thinking.
Through Predikta’s behavioral simulation platform, behavioral intelligence can become part of the planning process—not just after a campaign has run, but before ideas go to market. Teams can model and explore potential audience responses to different creative, messaging, and audience strategies, giving strategy, creative, media, and data teams another perspective to work with.
Netopia AI Chief Scientist and Technology Officer Jason Albia sees that practical application as an important part of how the technology continues to evolve.
“We’ve developed Predikta around behavioral science, AI, and data, but the real learning comes from seeing how it is used,” said Jason . “Working alongside AdSpark gives us the opportunity to understand where behavioral intelligence can make the biggest difference in actual marketing work.”
That work can span different parts of the process, from understanding an audience and developing a strategy to exploring potential responses and informing how campaigns are approached.
The experience through Velocity also gave both teams a chance to see how the technology works outside a demonstration environment.

“Working on a real business problem tells you much more than a demonstration ever can,” said 917Ventures CEO and Managing Director Vince Yamat.
“The experience gave both teams a chance to see how the technology works in practice and where it can create value.”
Inside AdSpark, behavioral intelligence becomes another input into an already connected way of working.
Data can provide audience signals. Strategy can frame the business problem. Creative can translate the insight into ideas. Media can determine how and where to reach people. Behavioral intelligence can add another perspective to the process.
The goal is not to replace any of these disciplines, but to give them more to work with when making decisions about audiences.
With the partnership now formalized, Predikta becomes part of the capabilities AdSpark can bring into appropriate client work.
The opportunity is to bring behavioral intelligence closer to the people doing the work—and see what becomes possible when Filipino audience context is added to the decisions marketers make.
