It all started when, early this year, the company bravely accepted the challenge of the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work® (GPTW), to have its workplace culture assessed.
The group of companies went on with having its 200 plus employees undergo GPTW’s proprietary Trust Index™ survey that measures employees’ experiences across five focus areas, namely, credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
The Trust Index is based on 30+ years of research and experience with leading workplaces from around the world.
The outcome showed that the agency group’s continued efforts in building a great workplace for its employees paid off with DDB Group PH employees confirming that they work in a great workplace. This made the agency group a shoo-in for the GPTW certification.
According to DDB Group Philippines Chairman and CEO Gil G. Chua, the company is proud to have achieved the said certification and will constantly aim to foster a work culture where everyone is safe, motivated, and inspired to add value to the organization.
