Omnicom Media (OM), an Omnicom Connected Capability, has established Client Success as a dedicated discipline in APAC, following its rollout as a core discipline within its global operating model, supported by dedicated leadership at the global, regional and local levels. The Client Success discipline is designed to help drive more consistent outcomes for clients while ensuring they benefit from the full breadth of Omnicom Media’s connected capabilities.
Leading the discipline across APAC is Chief Client Success Officer Paul Hawkey, who brings more than three decades of experience of local and global client management, and business transformation across Omnicom Media. Paul Hawkey will now be responsible for fostering a deeply connected client leadership community across APAC, establishing global delivery standards on behalf of clients and scale Omnicom Media’s connected capabilities and practices across the region to address clients’ evolving business challenges
Paul Hawkey’s leadership team will comprise four newly appointed Client Success Leads across Omnicom Media’s agency networks:

- Kris Biti, Executive Director, Client Success, OMD APAC (pictured top left);
- Susannah Llewellyn, Executive Director, Client Success, PHD APAC (pictured top right);
- Raveena Udasi, Executive Director, Client Success, UM APAC (pictured bottom left); and
- Madelin Farrington, Executive Director, Client Success, Initiative APAC (pictured bottom right)
Together, this regional leadership team will work with agency leadership teams to deliver the vision for client success in the region.
A new framework for client leadership and delivery excellence
The Client Success discipline is designed to accelerate strengthen our client relationships, establish consistent standards for client leadership and delivery and ensure clients receive consistent strategic leadership regardless of market or agency brand.
The regional Client Success team, comprising of over 180 client leaders across 13 APAC markets, will be part of a high-performing APAC Client Success Community. They will be supported by dedicated development programmes aimed to equip them with the skills, capabilities and best practice required to meet evolving client expectations.
At the local market level, client leaders and teams are empowered to support clients’ business challenges by connecting them with the right expertise and capabilities across the Omnicom network, ensuring integrated solution, deeper partnerships and consistent outcomes.
Omnicom Media in APAC will leverage this structured approach to accelerate client growth and deliver more consistent outcomes across markets and agency brands, thereby reinforcing the organisation’s broader strategy of establishing global standards for client management and delivery.
