As convenience becomes an expectation rather than a point of difference, 7-Eleven Singapore is repositioning itself as a destination for discovery with the launch of its new brand platform, ‘Find The Good Stuff’.
Developed with creative agency TAG, the campaign reframes the convenience retailer beyond everyday essentials, encouraging customers to discover exclusive products, ready-to-eat meals and unexpected moments of joy with every visit.
Throughout the years, 7-Eleven has been the place Singaporeans turn to for life’s everyday essentials. Today, as convenience becomes an expectation rather than a differentiator in Singapore’s ever-evolving retail landscape, 7-Eleven is inviting customers to discover more with the launch of ‘Find The Good Stuff’, a vibrant, new brand campaign developed with creative agency TAG that reframes 7-Eleven beyond a place of convenience into a destination for discovery, delight and small everyday moments of joy.

‘Find The Good Stuff’ is a campaign firmly rooted in a shifting consumer mindset and what Singaporeans increasingly value from their convenience retail experience. Findings from a 2026 DFI Retail Group Brand Experience survey of more than 900 convenience shoppers showed that being “an exciting store to shop”, “a store that supports the community” and “an innovative brand” are the top three qualities that fuel Singaporeans’ trust in a brand. The study also revealed that trust is increasingly being driven by excitement and innovation — from interesting new products to exclusive finds and fresh experiences. More than ever, customers today want every interaction with a store to be valuable, purposeful, relevant, and emotionally meaningful.
Guided by these insights, the campaign opens with a hero brand video that brings 7-Eleven’s new tagline, ‘Find The Good Stuff’, to life. The video, with over 3 million views on Instagram and Facebook to date, weaves together food cravings, social trends and lifestyle moments, showing the many ways people can discover moments of joy at 7-Eleven throughout their day.
Amplifying the campaign is a series of dynamic digital activations, led by a bold, influencer-led food challenge designed to encourage customers to try 7-Eleven’s growing range of ready-to-eat offerings with an open mind. Complementing this are exciting 7-Eleven app experiences that unlock new products, rewards and experiences for customers, seamlessly connecting online buzz with in-store discovery.
On the ground, the campaign will roll out across more than 450 7-Eleven stores islandwide, featuring vibrant campaign POSMs, while 11 flagship locations will debut eye-catching façade wraps to create an immersive retail presence. Beyond stores, the campaign will also take over selected MRT trains throughout July, inspiring customers to ‘Find The Good Stuff’ in their daily commutes.
Josephine Luo, Head of Marketing and Digital, 7-Eleven Singapore, said the campaign reflects a strategic shift in the brand’s thinking from delivering convenience to inspiring discovery.
“Convenience remains at the heart of what we do, but increasingly, customers are looking for more than just convenience — they want the joy of discovering something unexpected. Whether it’s a new ready-to-eat meal, an exclusive product, or a collectible they didn’t know existed until they saw it in-store, these unexpected finds make every visit more memorable.”
Josephine adds, “That’s exactly what inspired ‘Find The Good Stuff’. We want every customer to feel there’s always something new waiting to be discovered whenever they walk through our doors. By consistently creating these moments of surprise and delight, we are evolving from simply being a routine stop to becoming a destination that customers actively choose to visit, a place where they know they’ll find something fresh, exciting and unexpected each time.”

A key focus of the campaign is reshaping perceptions of convenience-store food. Driving this is a bold “Don’t Judge Till You Try” challenge, a courageous and deliberate move to confront one of the category’s biggest barriers head-on. Led by four social media creators, the challenge drives trials of 7-Eleven’s growing ready-to-eat range through a giveaway of 10,000 ready-to-eat items across selected stores islandwide in July. Response has been overwhelmingly positive, with items fully redeemed within an hour of each giveaway, highlighting strong consumer interest and appeal. To make discovery more rewarding, both new and existing yuu app users can enjoy $2 off ready-to-eat items, exclusively through the app, while stocks last.

Extending the fun and discovery, 7-Eleven is also unveiling its first-ever Build-Your-Own 7-Eleven Store blind box collection, transforming purchases into a collectible adventure. The limited-edition series features five miniature store designs inspired by iconic 7-Eleven moments — “Happy Checkout,” “Frosty Treats,” “Snack Stop,” and “Cozy Sips,” — alongside one secret edition. Blind boxes are redeemable with a minimum spend of $28 or available for purchase at $7.90 each.

More than a campaign, “Find the Good Stuff” represents 7-Eleven Singapore’s broader ambition to redefine what convenience means. Pairing everyday accessibility with exploration, discovery and delight, 7-Eleven is transforming routine visits into memorable experiences to build repeat visits, lasting emotional connections and loyalty.
