MRM PHILS ANNOUNCES WINS FROM NESCAFE, UNILAB, SM

MRM Philippines recently announced pitch wins on major brands including Nescafe, United Laboratories and SM, as well as a series of new accounts.

The CRM/digital arm of McCann Worldgroup in the country, MRM Philippines has acquired the account for Amore, Nescafe Gold’s CRM program, after winning the website pitch.  MRM is now the database agency for total Nescafe, handling customer data for all Nescafe online and offline pro-grams, as well as direct marketing projects for Nestlé All Purpose Cream and Nestlé Fresh Milk.

Earlier this year, MRM bagged the coveted CRM AOR for the Consumer Health and for the Ethical divisions of local pharma giant United Laboratories.  It has also expanded into the retail arena, via a pioneer partnership for data analytics and proprietary programs with SM Advantage. That assignment has also led to new business from SM Appliance and other SM projects.

In a statement describing the company’s banner year for data analytics, MRM Managing Director Ernest Custodio remarked, “Not only have we established ourselves as the experts (in these areas), we have also created game-changing ideas.” Custodio credited the full support of each member of the MRM team and the McCann Worldgroup’s commitment to Demand Creation, as well as the business opportunities provided by the clients.

The roster of new accounts includes VRP Medical Center, Haldane and VSO Bahaginan, Skycable, Jollibee Kids and Universal Robina Corporation.  Partnering with McCann subsidiary and long-time Globe Telecom agency Harrison Communications, MRM also launched Globe’s Connected 24ever website in August.
