MPG China basks in Nature’s Bounty

ASIA-PACIFIC – SHANGHAI, CHINA, JULY 26, 2011 – MPG China, a flagship brand of Havas Media, has been appointed as the media partner for global nutritional brand Nature’s Bounty (NBTY).
 
NBTY is a leading global vertically integrated manufacturer, marketer and distributor of a broad line of high-quality, value-priced nutritional supplements in the United States and throughout the world. 
 
MPG China has been tasked with handling the offline media planning and buying for the Nature’s Bounty brand including Disney licensed Children Supplement in China.
 
Thomas Wong (pictured), CEO of MPG Greater China attributed the win to the agency’s knowledge of and approach towards the health category. “The team made intensive preparation to gain an understanding of Nature’s Bounty brand and marketing dynamics driving the category and target consumers. The insights we unearthed were crucial to winning the business. What also helped was the fact that we share a common vision and strategy with the clients on how to build the NBTY brand in long term.”
